SCB-Expert Testing Center Ltd. was established in 2008.

The SCB-Expert Testing Center carries out Railway signaling and telecommunication equipment tests, i.e. certification tests to ensure the compliance with the requirements of technical regulations, federal and industry-specific standards.

The SCB-Expert Testing Center carries out tests by means of modern test hardware which meets the requirements of national and foreign standards. The test personnel is highly educated and has sufficient practical experience.

The SCB-Expert Testing Center is certified by the Federal Service for Accreditation (RusAccreditation).
