We will inform you about the receipt of the claim within 5 working days.
We have the right to require you to provide additional documents necessary to make a decision on disputed issues.
The Testing Center is fully responsible for collecting and verifying all necessary information for the correct certification of the claim.
The claim may be accepted in full, partially accepted or recognized as unfounded.
Еhe decision on the claim is made in writing and sent to the Applicant's address within 30 working days.
